Refunds & Cancellations

1. Nature Of Our Products

Every product on this website is a digital e-book. Access is given immediately after a successful payment, and the file can be downloaded straight away. Once that happens it cannot be returned like a physical product.

2. General Policy

As a rule, payments for digital products are non-refundable once access has been delivered. By completing the purchase you agree to this.

3. When We Will Refund You

We will always refund you in these situations:

Your money was deducted but you did not receive access to the product.
You were charged twice for the same order.
You received a different e-book from the one you paid for and we cannot fix it.
The file is corrupt or does not open and we are unable to provide a working copy.

4. When We Cannot Refund

You changed your mind after buying.
You have already downloaded or read the e-book.
The content did not match what you personally expected, even though it matches the description on the page.
You did not get the results you hoped for. Our e-books are educational material and do not guarantee any outcome.

5. How To Request A Refund

Email mykitabdigital@gmail.com within 7 days of your payment. Please include the email address used at checkout, your order or transaction ID, the product name, and a short description of the problem with a screenshot if possible.

6. Processing Time

We review every request within 24 to 48 working hours. If it is approved, the refund is sent back to your original payment method and usually reflects within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Cancellations

Every purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel. An order that has not yet been paid for can simply be left, and you will not be charged.
